Candidates who participated in the 2022/2023 Post-UTME of the Federal Polytechnic Offa can proceed to check if their names are on the Provisional Admission list of successful candidates.

1. Go to the OFFA POLY admission status checking portal @ http://portal.fpo.edu.ng/Default.aspx?tabid=162.
2. Provide your application number in the required column.
3. Finally, click on continue to access your OFFA POLY admission status.
