How To Apply For Admission In Norway Tuition-Free Universities
Unlike when applying for admission into Universities in Germany, all applications are sent directly to the specific institution. You can see individual schools’ websites listed above and find their application page.
Many German Universities use Uni-Assist as a screening agent for admission. This is not the case in Norway and it saves you a lot of stress and money.
Free Undergraduate Studies In Norway
The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service (NUCAS) coordinates admission into regular undergraduate study programmes at all universities, university colleges, and some private university colleges in Norway.
Applicants with a foreign secondary education, holding a permanent or renewable residence permit for Norway, must apply for admission through NUCAS. Online application deadline is 1st March (could be earlier for some schools) for foreign applicants, and all requirements must be met by 1st July.
